3.It is 16% harder than maple which means less visible knife marks keeping the bamboo products looking brand new for years to come.

4.Many people like to use one side for cutting and the other side as a serving tray.

5. We recommend washing with a mild detergent in warm water and periodically wiping with mineral oil to bring out the beautiful grain of the bamboo.
